Decent pizza for the location. Quality of food seems great. The bread was light and not heavy. I was a bit disappointed on the flavoring as it felt almost like vodka pasta sauce that was sweet flavor. Rather I was expecting more authentic spices to blend through. Wanted it to be a bit more crispier as well. I still think Can Am pizza is the best Indian pizza in “Seattle-adjacent” area.

I came in hungry with high expectations but left disappointed. The pop-up inside Tapster was busy, which is understandable and not the main issue here. I ordered two pizzas—the paneer tikka and the lasooni paneer—about 30 and 45 minutes apart. While I appreciate that good food can take time, the quality didn’t justify the wait. The owner/chef appeared to be training an employee, and unfortunately, it felt like I received inconsistent results. Both pizzas were underwhelming—bland overall, with some parts undercooked (as shown in the photos), while the other pizza was overly burnt. I understand Neapolitan-style pizzas can have char, but this was beyond that. The concept is great, and there’s definitely potential here. I just hope they can improve consistency and execution.

Good pizza with friendly service. The ingredients tasted fresh and high quality, and the flavors were pretty good. A good location to grab a pizza, sit by the lake, and enjoy the view. Tried Achari paneer pizza, and will be back to try some other pizzas on the menu.

Recently tried the pizza from the Pizza Rasoi popup located inside Tapster in South Lake Union and it was a fantastic experience. As far as I am aware, this is the first time we have seen Neapolitan-style pizza with an Indian twist in this area and they absolutely nailed it. We tried both the Chicken Tikka and the Achari Chicken pizzas and both were outstanding. The crust is the real star because it is incredibly light and fluffy. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. I noticed how great I felt even after finishing the meal, which is a testament to how clean and fresh their components are.

We ordered the chicken achari and it was just sooooo good. I normally don’t love to eat the pizza crust but this one is just so good. The sauce was so creamy and tasty too! This is definitely my new go to pizza place! It’s not too heavy either if you’re looking for a lighter pizza, it tastes so fresh. 100% recommend!
